Elisabet and Birger Ekdahl are the entrepreneurs behind the deer farm Ulvereds Hjorthägn, a local, small-scale wholesaler business in Laholm outside Halmstad in Halland County. They sell venison and wild game products, such as venison salami, venison pâté and wild boar sausages.

Through great personal dedication and passion for what they do, together with their staff, they run a facility where visiting guests get a total experience of the animals, the natural surroundings, and the food produced from deer and wild game.
