Torgunnehagen is a family-run smallholding that also cultivates sea buckthorn, from which it makes and sells a variety of products. It is located about 45.5 km north of Brålanda in the Swedish province of Dalsland. Here we find Anita Andersson, an astute businesswoman and moving spirit: she likes to call herself a farmer’s wife who focuses on quality by lavishing her care on her products. These contain a large number of berries and have a low sugar content. Anita works together with a number of other food producers in Dalsland to market and develop their products via a cooperative association known as Dalslandsmat. The farm shop at Torgunnehagen is open all year round by appointment.
