
Britt-Marie Bäcke is located in Solna outside Stockholm. She isn’t just a sommelier with many years experience from the catering trade, but also a true entrepreneur who has been running her company Somja´lär since 1995. Britt-Marie has devised a recipe for crispbread that she bakes by hand. The ingredients produce a crispy toffee taste that appeals to a lot of people. The bread accompanied her on her cheese and wine tastings and demand for the delicious crispbread soon took off.
