On the Scanian plain directly to the north of Ystad, among fields bursting with all kinds of herbs and spices, we find Eva and Olle Olsson. On their farm, they cultivate a wide variety of different leaf and seed herbs that acquire their taste from the sun, the winds and the soil in which they grow. The mild climate and long light days lend them a bouquet of tastes and aromas. The herbs are completely unsprayed. They are skilfully blended to produce delectable mixtures that enhance the taste of a good meal.
