Mona Hultström lives and works at Fors Säteri, a manor house outside Katrineholm. They have been breeding pigs on the farm since the 1940s. Mona has revived a tradition of making ham which involves air-drying it according to a tried and tested old recipe. Documentation from the 1850s reveals that air-dried hams were hung in the eastern wing of Fors Säteri.
