In the Swedish province Dalarna we find LissEllas. In 1995 Olle Bengtsson started making LissElllas mustard. Honey from ecological bees is an important ingredient. The mustard seeds are ecologically grown in the most northern growing place in Sweden and perhaps in the world wich give a strong and fruity taste. LissEllas mustard products have been awarded with gold medals at The World Wide Mustard Competition in USA more than once...
