Rådehults Bigård outside Karlskoga in the eastern part of the Värmland province is the domain of Solveig and Krister Eriksson. They bought this woodland smallholding in 1986 and now run a beekeeping operation that yields a range of choice products. Apart from pure honey, flavoured honey is popular throughout the year. In summer, they produce a lot of salad dressings and oils for grilling, while mustard and mulled wine are at the top of the customers’ wish list at Christmas-time.
